Virtual Reality Coal Mine Experience
During the second year of my Fdsc degree with bath university my self and Georgina hill worked on a project to create a new attraction for the Somerset Coalfield Life Radstock Museum, for this project we worked closely with the Museum staff and some of the old miners to design and create a Virtual Reality ride for the google cardboard platform (Mobile Phone VR) for the museum.
VR RIDE LAUNCH PARTY 07.02.2018
After handing over the project to the museum it was decided that there would be a launch party to mark the completion and first public use of the ride, many guests where invited to join us celebrate the launch, amongst some of the guests BAFTA award winner Catherine Allen, former mine workers Francis Hillier (Chair of the Somerset Miners Welfare Trust) and Selwyn Rees to name but a few.
