Emailed Lee and asked him if my experiment idea would be on the right track for the hackspace module;

“I have had an idea for my personal project, which I have been playing with, however I’m not sure how accurately it fits the criteria.

I would like to try and make a time-lapse, portable camera system out of a raspberry pi and some 3D printed parts. Not so much to create a “game” but more to be able to create videos for use inside other applications (such as games) using the time-lapse footage collected by the device I would be creating. I would also like to try and design (and 3D-print) a custom pi case to make the device fit for purpose.

Would this fit the criteria, or would you recommend I go back to the drawing board to come up with an alternative idea?” (Lewis, 2019)

To which he replied;

“This is a great idea! Exactly the sort of exploratory project that Hackspace is about”. (Scott, 2019)
